What difference does it make?

Sometimes we lack inspiration to cook new things, and here is an occasion of scoring an additional goal completing the "Vegan Meal" activity. Smart.

What do you need?

  • 75g kidney beans (pre-cooked!)
  • 75g chickpeas (pre-cooked!)
  • 100g sweetcorn (pre-cooked!)
  • 3 spring onion
  • 4 red or green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
