What difference does it make?
Sometimes we lack inspiration to try new things, especially when it comes to breakfast routine: Veganuary is the occasion to try something yummy and exciting!
What do you need?
- 1 cup of oats
- 1.5 cups of your favourite plant-based milk
- 1 or 2 fruits (banana
- 2 tablespoons of your favourite seeds
Step by step
Pour your oats and plant milk into a pan on a medium heat.
Heat until thickened until your liking.
Pour into a bowl and top with sliced fruits and your choice of seeds – pumpkin, sesame, chia, flax and sunflower all work well.
To score a goal, take a picture of one of your team member enjoying his breakfast!
If the recipe you cook is either a "lunch" or "dinner" recipe, you will be able to complete the "vegan-meal" activity as well. That'll do a well deserved hattrick!
There are hundreds! Play around with toppings to keep it varied. Cinnamon, nuts, dried fruits, berries and maple syrup all taste great.
