A spontaneou, sweet and fresh Veganuary recipe for those who need a quick fix in the morning!

What difference does it make?

Sometimes we lack inspiration to try new things, especially when it comes to breakfast routine: Veganuary is the occasion to try something yummy and exciting!

What do you need?

  • Waffle Iron
  • 350 g flour
  • 750 ml plant-based milk (coconut and almond recommended!) 80 ml orange juice
  • 80 ml groundnut oil or sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
