A spontaneou, sweet and fresh Veganuary recipe for those who need a quick fix in the morning!
What difference does it make?
Sometimes we lack inspiration to try new things, especially when it comes to breakfast routine: Veganuary is the occasion to try something yummy and exciting!
What do you need?
- Waffle Iron
- 350 g flour
- 750 ml plant-based milk (coconut and almond recommended!) 80 ml orange juice
- 80 ml groundnut oil or sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
Step by step
Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, the plant-based milk of your choice, orange juice, oil and vanilla to a homogenous mass.
Heat the waffle iron and grease it with some oil. Bake the waffles until they are golden brown.
You can serve with fruit and maple syrup! Take a picture of one of your team member enjoying her breakfast!
