A veganuary recipe for an easy morning boost!
What difference does it make?
Sometimes we lack inspiration to try new things, especially when it comes to breakfast routine: Veganuary is the occasion to try something yummy and exciting!
What do you need?
- A blender
- Plant milk of your choice – just under a large glass full
- A handful of frozen berries
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons of dairy free yoghurt
- optional: 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Step by step
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour and Enjoy! Don't forget to take a picture of one of your team member enjoying her breakfast smoothie!
If the recipe you cook is either a "lunch" or "dinner" recipe, you will be able to complete the "vegan-meal" activity as well. That'll do a well deserved hattrick!
You can add your ingredients to the blender in any order, but going with milk first stops anything sticking to the sides!
