Sometimes we lack inspiration to try new things, especially when it comes to breakfast routine: Veganuary is the occasion to try something yummy and exciting!

What do you need?

  • 200g self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 300ml plant-based milk (soya works well)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 15g margarine (plant based butter spread)
  • Optional: 150g pack blueberries and maple syrup
