What do you need?
- A blender
- 1 cup peeled and cut carrots
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup of plant based milk (soy recommended)
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp of ground vanilla
Step by step
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Depending on your blender, you might need to mix a little longer than usual for the carrots to be fully chopped up.
