What difference does it make?
Sometimes we lack inspiration to cook new things, and here is an occasion of scoring double points completing a meat-free meal. Smart.
What do you need?
- 1 pita bread
- 2 tbsp pasta sauce
- 2 tbsp grated cheese (ideally dairy-free)
- Add the toppings of your choice: olives - sweet corn - tomatoes
Step by step
Heat the oven to 180C
Spread the pasta sauce on the pita bread, load with the toppings and cover with cheese.
Cook for 8 minutes.
