There are loads of veg that taste seriously good when you cook them on a barbeque. You could add veggie sausages and burgers to mix it up a bit.
What difference does it make?
Meat and dairy cause 15% of global greenhouse gases. Going veggie is goof for you and gives the planet a break.

Step by step
It hasn't rained for over 5 minutes! Time for a barbeque! While those coals get hot, maybe treat the barbeque operator to a nice cold beer, while someone else in the team slices up the veg. Stick the pieces on skewers if you have some.
Wait for the veg to cook through and then eat!
Enjoy your veg with that lovely smoky flavour and vow to do this again next week. Don't forget to take a photo of the family with their plates full of meat-free BBQ food!
