How long should we go without using our screens?

Try to go for three hours or longer.

Can we be out on a walk?

Of course, you can do anthing as longs as you don't use screens. If you go out walking just pop your phone in your bag and only use it if you really need to.

Can we use our mobile phones at all?

It's good for you to try and take a breather from your phone if you can. But it's fine to make a call if you need to and take photos if you're out and about with the team.
