Planet Super League uses competition to inspire people to take climate action.
Can you create your own competition to incentivise football fans to reduce their plastic waste and reduce the amount of litter left after matchdays?
What difference does it make?
It’s thought that each Premier League game can generate, in normal time, up to 750,000 plastic bottles and seven tonnes of waste, according to the government. Given there are 380 games played in a season and that most of the generated wastes is still not recycled... there's still a lot that can be done!
