Step by step
Agree on an evening you're going to spend screen free and decide what you'd like to do. A board game? A barbeque? Tekkers? Sticker album swaps? A Planet Super League craft activity? The possibilities are endless!
The only time we'll allow you to use a phone is to take a photo or two of your evening to upload to our site in the morning. Enjoy!
Try to go for three hours or longer.
Of course, you can do anthing as longs as you don't use screens. If you go out walking just pop your phone in your bag and only use it if you really need to.
It's good for you to try and take a breather from your phone if you can. But it's fine to make a call if you need to and take photos if you're out and about with the team.
